Many of us don’t know how to lose our weight. We always want to eat tasty and rich foods. We need to intake different types of normal foods in our every day food list for keeping our health sound and slim. If you want to lose weight you must dieting. Dieting is the best way to control weight. We require calories intake per day from 1500 to 3000 both men and women based on our weight and age. Maintain a food diary and weight loss diary. After completing your every meal walk half an hour. Go to gym early in the morning or evening when every get free. It would be very much better if you can regular walk and play in the ground.
You can lose weight many ways. At the time of eating, intake minimum portion added food. When you feel much hunger never take more food, take less food though you will feel hungry but after intake less food you can enjoy and attend your task efficiently.
Be a vegetarian and continue this good habit don’t worry keep your mind in control. Forget to eat meat, curries, burgers, chips, coffee, cola and all highly protein based food daily. You can take such foods once a week. Eat green vegetable and natural food every day. Always remember to enjoy what you eat. Try to take a glass of mineral water 10 to 15 minutes before every meal. Never try to overeat, don’t fully fill up your stomach. When you feel much hungry and ready to eat more, at the same time your body is telling you that I am feeling thirsty need some water give me water first then start eating.
At the time of breakfast you can take bread or toast with honey or jam or egg and take a glass of milk or fresh fruit juice. At the time of lunch you can eat salad, fruit such as mange, banana, apples, orange etc. remember to take fresh fruits that are free from fat. At the time of dinner, you can select protein based foods like eggs, cheese, some rice with curry and vegetables. Don’t forget to eat raw vegetable salad, lightly steamed vegetables and leafy green vegetables at the time of dinner if you haven’t eaten at another meal in day and drink a glass of fresh fruit juice or vegetable juices or milk.
If you can control weight you will feel fitter, healthier, stronger,very good and feel a new life which will be inspired to do easily all your daily task.
